This week has seen the kick-off of the Pink Bun Campaign. BCNA’s 22yrs partnership with Bakers Delight has raised an amazing $22 million for BCNA. I will share further details of how you may like to get involved.
BCNA is also gearing up to get back on the road with a program of in-person information forums over the next three years, the first to be held in Ballarat in regional Victoria.

Counterpart – Managing uncertainty
Counterpart have an upcoming online workshop (9th May 2022 10.30am-11.30am AEST) on the subject of managing uncertainty. The session focuses on practical skills people can use to lift their mood and energy, promoting a stronger state to deal with the situations that are challenging. Register now! – Webcast: Managing the long-term side effects of breast cancer treatment
In this webcast, we will hear from medical oncologist Professor Bogda Kokzwara and BCNA Consumer Representative Naveena Nekkalapudi. Bodga is a senior staff specialist at the Flinders Centre for Innovation in Cancer where she developed a Survivorship Program and is the Cancer Council SA’s Clinical Investigator for chronic disease management after cancer. Naveena was diagnosed with early breast cancer in 2014 and will discuss the long-term side effects she experiences, her strategies to manage them, and her advice for others.
