    Lack of patience is getting pretty high on the list ..... I probably don't have half of them ..... YET!!

    You can see why post chemo brain / problems can be related to anxiety /depression or at least compounded because of it. 
    You don't have to have all of the symptoms to be classed as having anxiety.

    Anxiety may be short term and a cancer diagnosis is scarcely a hot contender for reducing anxiety. But ticking off a number of these symptoms (by no means all!!) merits seeking help. By and large, these reactions to stress and worry don't get better or go away by themselves. People whose preference is for an orderly, organised life (even if frenetically busy) may also be at greater risk of anxiety when life is disrupted than those of us accustomed to weaving our way through what we like to term "creative muddle"!
