I agree with all the comments made by @iserbrown. You are not getting the views of the membership - you are taking the views of those who have more time or are perhaps more vocal or more keen to have their name in print. Cynical ? Perhaps. Perhaps not. Putting a call out vie email to all members would be the way to go - then those who are particularly interested in a particular topic could respond. Those who do not have time to actively participate in a conference would still get the opportunity to put their views across by return email. Anne2

Don't forget @BlackWidow - the mods have already said that you can contact them directly by PM at any time of day with any suggestions or ideas/concerns that you have re the site - you don't have to wait until an email comes, asking for suggestions or concerns.
They will keep tab of the ideas & then collate all the ideas/concerns and make them available for later discussion (or maybe even create a poll to ascertain the degree of 'seriousness per issue' that it has with members) ..... and act accordingly.
But if only the multi posters respond to the polls etc ...... once again, you will only get 'their' input, not the silent majority.
You can see from most threads - sometimes there may be 100 people + who've looked at each thread, yet only 10 or so have replied or put a 'like' etc! So you only have those 10 replies to consider as a valued response to the thread.
It happens across the board on every forum - lots of lookers but not 'that' many 'posters' .....

Very good suggestion. Resilience is not always at the forefront!
Vulnerability can creep in when you feel uncertain / unsure et cetera Let's face it as I said in an earlier post Breast Cancer keeps giving

I don't really want to prolong this discussion too much but would just like to comment about time and being verbal. I don't really have the time any more as when I'm not at work, I am exhausted, and I also often find it very difficult to put things into words. However, I feel that if I can provide some assistance to someone else entering or going through that tunnel of diagnosis and treatment, as I have been helped, then it's important to do so.
I'm happy for the mods to get input any way that works.5 -
Agree however we have some that need help and appear to be read only as they are not confident enough to post, especially knowing this is a public forum! Hopefully a survey of all members may happen and flush out suggestions; it's a highly emotive time1
