    Thank you for your advice.  Everyone has been so positive about what to drink and eat. I agree.  All in moderation. I drink one or two glasses a week and perhaps over Christmas that may change. However I want to enjoy whatever I choose to do.  Thank you agai.  Have a lovely day

    Oh me too! However I had a lovely glass of wine with my mother last night and thoroughly enjoyed it.  Moderation seems to be the key

    There is an article in today's "Sydney Morning Herald" about non-alcoholic beer including "Carlton Zero".

    I tried that recently - confess I like the German non-alcoholic brands better.
