Singlet Tops

First of all, this is not an ad!

I got a bit teary in the shops a couple of weeks ago when I saw some singlet tops out and realised that I won't ever be able to wear them (not if I want to look good, anyway).  Then I saw these on the Amoena website - I think they're called Valletta.  The prosthetic fits inside under the moulded cup.  Terrible photo, I know, but in real life you can't tell which side is fake and it's so comfy. (And no, I'm not pregnant - it's just the angle and that it's hitched up a bit)

Great find. There's an Australian site called Erilan that stocks a lot of singlets and tops like that, too

So nice to be able to go without a bra and be under the radar.

Well,  I’ve just bought some men’s cotton Chesty Bond singlets to wear over my radiation “sunburnt” breast (bras are ouch)  but I only wear them  around the house or under a shirt when I go out. Not very sexy but I do like the ones you’ve found Sister!

I wore my soft tank tops ( not these fancy ones) UNDER my bras for a couple of weeks after radiation. I only wore bras when I had to.

I should have said (and this is a recommendation) that I bought these through BK Prosthetics.  Barbara or Krista Kennedy will come to your house and fit you for bras, prosthetics, swimwear, etc (SA only) - great service.
