     I have also had a double mastectomy with lymph nodes removed 4 weeks ago (no re construction , radio next) but I'm finding that my chest is still very painful ,hate the car ride , not driving so I would be in absolute awe if you get to run in 11.5 weeks.

    I'm not a chicken , walk and ride everyday but just take it easy , while we all like to feel normal and in control , be kind to yourself.

     I did buy the bras from Best and Less and they were pretty good.

    I am a runner too! It took 6 weeks before i could run with an expander in but a berlei sports bra and a strong sports crop top worked well (12D)
