I did a similar thing recently. Saw this guy in Mooloolaba, on an electric skateboard thingy and got chatting to him about it...looked so fun. He gave me the number of the guy he bought it off. My partner asked me to find out some more about this toy before I bought it. So, the next day I rang the retailer, asked the questions, got the answers, jumped on the Qld Transport website (for any legislation on these things), and once I had the answers, retailer offered to drop one off to my house the next morning. Done / SOLD haha
My partner was horrified but I had all the answers and haven't looked back....the Cops think I'm nuts (it goes up to 22kph).

Well bloody done @Zoffiel we used to have an off road camper too it was awesome fun. We named it thumper! Some times you just got to not think too much about the consequences of spending money as the fun far outweighs it lol. And you will have a ball! Can’t wait to see the pics. Enjoy. Margie xx0
