How do you fit in your 150 minutes of recommended exercise per week and the 2-3 sessions of weight training? Do you do 5 x 30 minute sessions? What type of exercise do you do? Do you break the 30 minutes into 2 x 15 minutes more manageable chunks? Recently my oncologist has again stressed the importance of exercise post…

finished chemo
Had my last chemo round today. What a relief that I will no longer have those chemicals put into my body. I've got a 'get out of cancer treatment' for a month card. Exercise Physiologist
Has anyone used a Exercise Physiologist? I saw my GP yesterday and she recommend me to see one as part of a care plan to get me kick started with a exercise routine that's adapted to my needs.
