Who else can't sleep?

I've slept in - it's 5:30am in SA (actually been awake for ages but it was too bloody cold to get out of bed - would have welcomed a hot flush).

Good morning @JJ70, I'm awake in Perth as well.

Up at 3am here in Perth......oohh long day ahead. 

The minute I try to go to sleep here come the hot flushes  :s

Also taking note of those Netflix shows currently watching Outlander !:)

Had a lovely sleep last night hope it continues ! I brought magnesium oil from 'Amazing oils "for my cramps , the info recommends to use for a good nights sleep ! anything is worth a try !!

@Eastmum - hope you go ok - I had the odd shocking night but surprisingly better than I expected - cant remember the last time I slept through the night though.  I watched Narcos and Mindhunter on Netflix which were quite good too.  Good luck for tomorrow xoxoxo
