Who else can't sleep?

Same with the weather. Not wearing my sleep cap much at all.

It's been so warm here and it was a sheet only night, last night.  We're usually thinking about lighting the fire in the evenings around about now (probably just as well as it's in pieces at the moment!).

Look at all of us freaks on here up before the fucking birds lol!!  I feel like we are all sitting around having a virtual cupppa lol. Xx

Ha! Sleep did return to me @kmakm! Did have to do some meditation to get my mind to wind down...seemed to work, eventually. How was your night?

Ha @kmakm - something similar at my place yesterday morning. Both girls in their rooms, reading at 4:30am (one with a major test at school later in the day which happily she aced before collapsing in a heap at teatime).

Am waking earlier and earlier....eek!! Wake to go to toilet, can't get back to sleep. Must I not have my evening cuppa that I love so much?   Up at 1am, but probably awake for at least 30mins before that. Now 3:20 here. I am off to bed to see if I can get back to sleep...........
