@kmakm I’m the same without the dreams but have a vaguely queasy tummy.

@kmakm have you seen those cooling mats you can get. I wish I knew about them  when I was having those fucking hot flushes. I saw them  in the tv direct shop. Perhaps worth a try love. Thank fuck I don’t have them anymore. Fingers crossed you will be the same too soon.  Margie xx
