Who else can't sleep?

Oh @Eastmum hope you enjoy another great sleep tonight ! 
Brought a king size bed so the temptation to use the pillow is harder !! Ha ha ! 
I also saw that joint one & forgot to save it ! 

Well, blow me over with a feather!  8mg of dex before bed and I slept like frigging LOG! Go figure!

And I only got up once for the loo (albeit sweat-soaked) when it's usually at least 4 times in the night.

Woke up feeling amazing! This is the ONLY kind of recurrence that I ever want to experience - fingers crossed! 

and yes @tigerbeth - I have contemplated that pillow many times hahahaha

I also found this today and wanted to share it with all of you out there who are finding it hard to sleep due to joint pain :) :)

@SoldierCrab...brrr that IS chilly. 9c here - that is cold enough!

Kiwi Angel we have a power outage for line work from 9 til 3pm today  grrrrr. so had gas heater ducted on all night to get house as warm as possible as I work from home !!!! all thermos are filled with boiling water

@SoldierCrab - brrrr - do u have a fire - cold enough in Sydney for me at 8c

Presently Minus 4 degrees going to high of 12* . from 9 til 3pm No Bloody Power as they are doing line work grr . . . . . .

@Sister bloody freezing here too. I have the oil heater on right next to me...one side of my body is warm, the other is cold...might have to rotate around on my chair like a chook in a rostissere. Ahhh...I love this pic I found! :D
