Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

- kmakmMember@Sister To my diagnosis sister, congratulations on finishing chemo today! You may not feel like jumping for joy but I hope you feel the same as I did, a deep satisfaction at making it through, and walking outta there in one piece, with no regrets, to hopefully never return. I feel so proud of you for keeping going with your gritty determination. Well done. Kate xoxSign in to react to this post
- EastmumMember@Sister - absolutely take your own! And I’ll be ringing a loud beautiful bell figuratively for you! Actually bugger the bell! You’ll walk out of there knowing you’ve done it! Worked through all the crappy side effects, sleepless nights - ALL the shit - and made it through ALL your chemo treatments! You’ll be ringing your own personal ‘bell’ inside and that’s all you’ll need. You go girl!! - and yeah hahaha - I wouldn’t be able to enjoy the taste of the bubbles either - maybe a celebratory swig of mouth wash?? LOL. So excited for you today!!!Sign in to react to this post
- Kiwi_AngelMember@Sister good luck for the last one. They didn’t have a bell at my chemo either xoxoxSign in to react to this post
- SisterMemberThanks, @eastmum I'll leave the bubbles until I can taste them, though! They don't have a bell or any other celebratory thing at Kimberley though one of the nurses said they should. Maybe I should take my own!Sign in to react to this post
- EastmumMember@Sister - LAST ONE TODAY!!! Hip HOORAY! That’s so AWESOME!
Definitely something to celebrate - absolutely fantastic. Do you get to ring a bell at the hospital where you go??
Sending you bucket loads of good wishes for today - yay!!!!
xxxxxxxSign in to react to this post - SisterMemberUnfortunately, no dreams tonight. Awake at 2:15am and given up trying by 3am. I spoke to the cat about it but he had nothing to say! I always struggle the night before chemo but it's getting earlier each time. Probably lucky that today is my last one otherwise I could be getting up before I go to bed. Ho hum...Sign in to react to this post

- SisterMemberWell, no such dreams for me...night before last, my cat was trying to talk to me (he was working on how to get the air through his larynx to form English words) and last night I was frantically trying to pack to go to NZ by myself and got into bother at the airport (for some reason, I had to sit on a large old-fashioned parcel scales so that my weight could be checked). I think I really need to get out more.Sign in to react to this post
