Hmmmm - I've had 3 half decent sleeps in a row ..... averaging 5-8hrs, so happy with that!!
The only thing I've changed is the red wine that I have most nights!! I've usually been having Cab Merlots - and then, on price, I changed to Stanley Dolce Rosso (chateau cardboard!!) (A fairly sweet red wine that initially I didn't really like - but I stuck with it!)
So it has REALLY surprised me that I've been sleeping so well since changing to it! I have 2 or 3 glasses with dinner & after .... and it seems to do the trick! :)
If you are into having a vino or two .... give it a go!! ;)
