Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

- @JJ70 it’s gross isn’t it. It’s so annoying all the side effects. Apart from the hot flushes, sore muscles and numbish feet I almost feel like myself. These things keep reminding me of what I have been through (that and the missing boob and patchy hair ;))
- @Kiwi Angel my husband snuggled up to me when one started and I couldn't get away from him fast enough. Felt like I was cooking, hard to breathe even. All this BC shit does wonders for intimacy and relationships! :(
- @kmakm - its amazing how the hot flushes wake you up isn't it - so intense - my husband was actually cuddling me in bed one morning when I had one and he felt how hot I got instantly. I'm so far managing on a broken sleep and as long as I still get a decent amount of sleep even if its broken I should be ok. Struggle to stay awake past 9pm - have fallen asleep in my book the last 2 nights!!
