Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?
Restavit from chemist! I have learnt what works for me. 3 drops lavender 2 cups Epsom Salts Warm Bath and Bed. if really wound up Meditation on my IPod.... But it did take me few years to work it out.
