Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

@"Kiwi Angel" Yes. It started about 10 days ago when my hot flushes ramped up again. Not everytime but often. I've felt pretty nauseous for most of the day today. Only had a bit of toast for dinner. I've normally got a strong stomach so it's quite unsettling. Maybe I have a stomach bug? Or maybe it's the AI. Either way it can eff off because I'm not interested in feeling like this non-stop. How long have you been having nausea with your hot flushes?
