Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

@"Kiwi Angel" - what happened at your physio appointment? Do you have lymphodema in your arm? I hope that you're on your way to sitting in front of the telly right about now! It's all about accepting the new normal I think - I've found that the quicker I get to the 'acceptance' stage of everything that's going on, the quicker I can find an action plan to deal with it.
@SoldierCrab - just your mention of snow makes my toes and fingers react! Hope you can stay as warm as comfy as possible this weekend - they're predicting a cold one!
