Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?
@tigerbeth Have you tried topical magnesium oil? Www.amazingoils.com.au I swear by it. Body only retains a small amount of magnesium in oral form. The oil is great for muscle and joint pain and I get a deeper sleep with it too.
