Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?
I've never used it but I've heard that cornflour can help, too - I just don't know if it has to be real cornflour (the cheaper ones are generally wheat flour, believe it or not). You may want to check with your doctor but diluted Pinetarsal is really good for itches, as well.
