Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?
Bucking the trend .... I had a wonderful sleep last night and am now trying to work out why - so I can duplicate it!!
I left my electric blanket on ‘low’ and felt warm and snug all night through ... but accept that if/when the hot flushes start - I won’t be using the Leccy then!!
I also forgot to close the window .... and I don’t think it was abnormally cold last night or I am sure the extra cold would have woken me!
I had 2 x watered down red wines ..... maybe that helped (I didn’t even have to get up to go to the loo either!)
Weird .... but loved it. I didn’t want to get out of bed, savouring that ‘contentment’ feeling!
Hoping everyone has better quality sleep tonight!! Xxx (including me!)
