Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

as an added extra to this shit I had a Mirena removed on Tuesday
& 'bingo bango ' Headache arrives today !! Haven't had one for 3 years !
my go to medication has not worked & not happy Jan !!!
Presume this will get worse when I'm on tamoxifen or whatever , great !! Not !!
