Hi guys, I think I'm finally settling back to a sort of 'normal' sleep pattern ..... it isn't EVERY night, but it has been 3 or 4 nights a week for a while now! WIN WIN!
I use a fairly thin pillow & try & keep my bedding the lightest I can for the best warmth factor! So with the weather cooling, I've gone from just a sheet & empty doona cover, to adding a 'fleece blanket'. Next step when it is colder again .... will be bringing out the feather doona.
I still need a temase every now & then - but I think I am 'winning'! YAY!
I hope you are able to work out a pattern or comfort style that suits you ..... SOON!
