I too get woken by hot flushes every few hours. A trip to the loo and a glass of water helps . I also swear by melatonin troches from a doctor not the pills and find this has always helped even if I have woken since oestregen is not allowed anymore. I also find exercise -at least a walk every day seems to improve time btw hot flushes. Am also having acupuncture for hot flushes and so far seem less frequent but quite intense.
