Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

yes the freezer was just after a hot flush and would then be freezing cold mind you this was a winter in Bathurst that I had my hot flushes.... we lived in an old house fully double brick to all walls inside and out and I used to sit bare against the cold wall to help me through the flush
