Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?
0347 and it's the second time I've woken tonight. Headache, nausea, shoulders up round my ears. Weird dreams about storms, car crashes & not being prepared for my HSC exams. Hot flushes then freezing cold. This must be so dull to read. Sorry! I just feel dreadfully anxious.
