Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

here is the hammer to knock you out with LOVE .....
I had a Sh*t night.... dinner at RSL had 2 glasses of wine thinking of this be nice I will sleep well.... NO first cousin rang to say his mum had gained her wings then the bl**dy hot flushes started because I had had 2 wines not 1 .... I can get away with 1 glass but 2 and I am like a furnace for days on and off with the freezer mode kicking in ....
