Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

Good morning and thank you sweet @onemargie! It is very heartening to hear that your hot flushes have vanished, gives me hope. I am happy to report that I am making a little headway on the constipation front. Slowly, and hopefully surely. By the sounds of it our tastebuds went exactly the same way! You just described mine precisely. Now how long was it before yours returned to normal?
