Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?
You have to be careful with melatonin too as your body stops producing it when it is taken as a supplement :( I was awake 5 times last night ,its driving me crazy. I want to get back into mindfulness and am going to try some specific sleep inducing yoga moves. Nameste.
