Who else can't sleep?
Sitting here at 4:15am (CST) after trying since 2:30am to go back to sleep and finally giving up, yet again... Wondering who else is out there this morning, and most mornings at this time?

Dying at home...It's great if it happens quickly, but the lingering thing is just exhausting for everyone. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing for sure how long these things are going to take and even with the best intentions people really struggle when the process is extended. Very difficult for your family.
