We need a "hugs" or something similar to that as well as the "like" - I haven't had that happen (yet) @kmakm but apologise if you can and move on. If she doesn't accept your apology, you're not losing much and you will know that you've done what you can. We're just human and sometimes it's the smallest thing that can set you off when you're carrying a load.
