what a fun day ……… not , well gp said the report said cancer but …………..  that was 7am this morning , bout an hour ago I got a ph. call from him saying that he had just gotten a letter from breast screen saying it was low grade cancer. breast screen should  refer me to my local hospital for surgery etc if  I haven't heard from them in a week let them know .  just now I got a ph. call from breast screen one of the areas they tested is ok they other shows low grade but they sent it to the sunshine coast hospital for further testing , then on to Royal Brisbane Hospital , still waiting for their results .  either way I will have to have it removed.     sheesh im exhausted.  might drive the nieghours crazy with my music later .  ((((((((( and strength ))))))))))) to all who need it you lot sure deserve it

My GP is sending to my local hospital specialist clinics.  there is a place about 30 to 45 min drive from here that can do public chemo and such it is a screw up with Breast screen and they wont tell me , yet Im the patient 

Which Hospital have you been referred to ? 

Tisme I know it is distressing but it can still be something that is quite treatable.
Is there no treatments available locally? I had mine in a rural area. 
It is normal to be upset when we first get our results yours sounds like it is a bit of a jumble. 
Did the GP give you a copy of your results ? 
You can call the helpline and talk to the lovely Ladies on there ... and they can talk with you about what the results are. 

You just need to let NDIS know you are going to need more supports for your daughter as you are needing treatments.

well I saw my gp this morning, he said the report from breastscreen was a jumble.  it said they found a carcinoma but …………   I couldn't have gone back to Nambour breast screen for the results but I just cant get there so my gp has referred me to the hospital urgently  its not fair its just not fair , what happens to daughter , we cant stay here . how do I get to treatment I cant stay on carers pittance if im in hospital for treatment .  I know radiation treatment  doesn't take long ( my brother had throat cancer ) but chemo if I have to have it ??  daughter gave me a hug .  I have never felt so alone ive wanted to die in the past but not with cancer dad had it brother had it mum didn't now what 

he isn't doing appointments ( most in this clinic suddenly dont ) its walk in and wait , he starts at 7am so I will be there then was going to go see who ever was available tonight but I dont wanna get there and find they are closed or some such 

When do you have appointment to see your GP ? 

I rang my gp's office and they wouldn't even tell me if theyd received the results
