This forum is a God-send
Warrior women
Determined, not defeated :)

Others hustle and bustle
I guide from the lines
Another day at the lists.

Breathing in the silent air
Walking in the dark
Untouched by the day ahead. 

To be awake while others sleep
Perhaps a strange trial
Or a gift of peace and quiet

Life passing by while waiting
Hair hanging in air
The stars beckon more brightly.

I keep seeing this at 5am - must be melancholy at that time.
