Haiku challenge. Your day in three lines 7-5-7

Crisp morning, dawn is breaking
Autumn is coming
Sun and cool breeze on my skin.

Or...
Dog staring at me
I want my dinner now please!
Then go for a walk?

This is exactly what he does at this time of day

Stiff, sore, creaky joints
Get out and exercise, girl!
Feel much better now

I haven't done of these for years, not since i was teaching anyway.

The quiet road is calling me
Dark too complete
Heart yearning to be walking.

Leaning over my pitchfork
Eyeing all the weeds
Alas no strength, so weeds stay

Easy to lie here and think
Harder to get up
That cake won't ice itself, girl.

I love a haiku!

I wrote one when I found out I had to do chemo. It's bleak and has the f word in it. Probably not the best thing to put in this forum...

So projecting forward for today:

I wouldn't lose my temper
When I ice the cake
On not enough sleep, would I?!

Quiet pleasure reading replies
Glimpses of shared life
Unity in trial and pleasure

Strong enough to mop the floor
Now watching blue wrens
While spider webs wait their turn
