OMG - I nearly spat my coffee out! LOL- Many Thanks, @SoldierCrab - I also thought 22 could be Barney - but checking the shape of Dexter in Dexter's Lab, it is not Barney!
Yep, 32 is Bobby from Bobby's World (not that I was familiar with either character!! I am in a real time warp with my cartoon characters! LOL) - I think 22 is Barney Rubble and 32 is Bobby Generic from Bobby's World
