I am afraid I am somewhat more direct when (if not a recorded message) I just tell them forcefully to F*** OFF!! ;) - I have a landline and am possibly the only person over the age of ten who doesn't have a mobile. Unfortunately I do get a lot of crank calls from "Telstra Technical Department" about a wiruss (not a virus...a wiruss) in my computer. I usually then advise them which particular item to insert into which bodily cavity even although some of my very kind suggestions might no be anatomically possible

- That is not as weird as it sounds. I remember a time on a really cold night out - sitting on an outdoors buggy amongst straw bales - (a country and western evening) and hubby told everyone all he had to do was cuddle me for the warmth. Unfortunately I did not oblige !
- @arpie ALWAYS order dessert. If you aren't very hungry, forgo the savoury. I always order my mains AFTER I look at the dessert menu to see how much room I need to leave!
