I prefer to wear a crop top instead of a bra due to the comfort. Unfortunately the pocket in my crop tops are not big enough to hold my prosthetic, therefore I go half flat. However, the crop top sneaks up on that side as there is no weight to hold it. @arpie, I borrowed hubby's fishing sinkers and placed a couple in the boob pocket. They didn't work but hubby was rather amused.
