Thank you @Primek. I was shocked by the strength of my reaction. Good words about avoidance. I'm not really one for doing that but after today I'd be tempted. My counsellor gave me a lot to think about today. I've got 'stuff' to process. Thank you so much for your support, I really appreciate it.
