Just a thought about taking massive doses of Vit D, @Bbryce ..... Vic D is a 'fat soluble' vitamin - and doesn't get pee'd out of the body in your urine (like Vit B & C ) ..... It may pay to request a blood test now & then to monitor your levels once you start (and other Vits & Mins too) as some of the fat soluble vitamins can store in the liver and cause problems ....
