bc recurrence

I had a recurrence 6 months after all treatment completed.  Found a new lump about 2cm away from original lumpectomy.  There was no pain at all associated with it.  Pain can be normal for quite some time after surgery, however to be on the safe side it is always wise to get things checked out.  Remember even if it is a recurrence (which hopefully it isn't) you can get through another lot of treatment and surgery and still be fine.  I am now almost 7 years clear if 2nd diagnosis.
