Good news day !

I saw my oncologist today after having a bone scan last week, and that beautiful word STABLE bone scan was the good news I heard. She said there looks like there is a crack in one of my ribs which is probably due to having a chest infection, and coughing for the past 3 weeks. Also the ribs are very thin bones  but she wasn't  concerned and its  not worrying me. I had to have chemo today, otherwise I would have been out celebrating. There will be time for that.

    Thank you girls. It always is a surprise to me when I'm told the bone scans are stable. I guess you always think the worse news , but sometimes there is good news.!  I  should have more faith in my treatment and my oncologist.  Well its the day after chemo and I'm up and dressed and ready to go out for a coffee.

    Oh Wendy that's great news - hearing the word 'stable' is always such a relief.  I'm so pleased for you.
