Balance
Is anybody else experiencing trouble with there balance. Sometimes I will wobble or get up from a chair and feel off balance ??I have had it for a while thought once I went onto the hormone tablets that it might go away 😢

- I started on the Genox. Horrible bloody thing it was for me. Ugghh. Changed to Novladex and it took the wind out of some of the nasties.

If it's Tamoxifen you're on, it can make you light headed, dizzy and mess with your balance. Not sure about the other HT's. I had it terribly for months after I started. Some days I wasn't game to drive ( try riding a horse with that going on lol) It's a lot better now with the change of brand and time, but I still get a few small doses of here and there. It disappears when I have my breaks.

Yes it is Tamoxifen I am on the brand of the tablets is Genox20 , but thank you as I was getting a little concerned. Like you, I also get a bit wobbly standing up from a sitting position .... and just take it slower now.
I’ve recently had a couple of bouts of vertigo tho, which has really floored me, as it is so horrible!

Exercise Physiologist suggested when I am in the kitchen waiting for the kettle stand heal to toe and count to 30. Swap over and repeat then stand on one foot and count to 30 and then repeat on the other leg. Kitchen as you are waiting for kettle and there's a bench to lean on if needed.

Hope that helps! - @arpie I sometimes get vertigo when I haven’t slept properly in a long time. And you haven’t slept well in ages due to circumstances, so it could be that 🤷🏼♀️. Let’s hope things get better soon and you’re sleeping well again, as it really is uncomfortable 🤞.
