Hi Katieh, I’m resonating with your message and wondering how it all unfolded for you? Right now I’m working while trying to hold onto my sanity and my manager is being extremely tolerant and kind. I just can’t afford to chew up all my leave when I have not even gotten a treatment plan…. I’m going back to my gp to see about anti anxiety medication and whether that can help?
wondering now that you’ve had some time since you posted this if you can speak to what helped you if anything?

Hi CrazyDogLady67 - I just wanted to jump in as sometimes older posts can take a while to get a reply. I'm so sorry to hear what you are going through, and the added layer of not having your treatment plan right now so you don't have a view on what the path ahead looks like to manage work life around it.
