I guess I'm on the side of doing what's right for you. If you enjoy a drink or 2 and it's part of your life do it. I do enjoy a glass or 3 of wine and while going through Chemo and Rads chose not to drink very much at all, it was purely a choice I made for me based on trying to do the best I could to help my body get through the treatment ( and being scared of my oncologist who's a teetotaller
) . There were days though during that time where I did indulge in a glass and I enjoyed every last drop! I don't think there's ever an easy answer to this as people who have never had a drink still get breast cancer.

Hey did I read it right?? I could of let myself go between 18-30yrs and got fat - while I was breastfeeding and this would of reduced my risk. They could of told me then!!! And good one Zoffiel like where your going...0

Personally my obsession is with plastics - got rid of 95% of my use then I read that the cheap glass (or maybe all) is manufactured in China with maybe some doubtful ingredients - Ya just can't win. That's when I gave up and decided to do what I feel comfortable with!!2

I've decided just to celebrate family birthdays and Christmas with a glass of bubbles and I trick myself other times by having soda water in a champagne flute! Works for me!0
