Yes it's really important to stretch after exercises. My sister (lucky to have my own personal trainer) gets me to do 1/2 hour of stretching after 1/2 hour of weight bearing exercises and I stretch after walking as well. Listening to some gentle relaxing music while I stretch really puts me into a good place and I feel terrific afterwards.

Yes,the fellow did say swimming is great,but it is NOT weight bearing,only good for cardio.I also was thinking of swimming,but I think I will just continue with my walking/running,and wait until this Friday when hopefully I will have some very specific exercises for us.Stand by!!,xoxo Robyn0
