    Also just wanted to let you know that I too have shared your wonderful poem with my friends and family on facebook, only I adjusted it slightly to include radiation treatment as I have as yet not needed chemo.  As a result I have had a fb friend contact me as, unbeknown to me, she has been going through a hell of a time with a type of gyno cancer and we are going to catch up for a cuppa on Thursday and have a chat about our "journeys".  It has been about ten years since we last saw each other, in the physical sense that is.  God bless you Janey!

    Oh Janey,

    I joined this afternoon and have just come across your journey. My thoughts are with you. I have recurring bc and have just been informed of masectomy. I am so like you with choices but steering towards tram flap. I have had radiation on this boobie and they are not sure if they can save my skin......so scary. 

    Enough about me........best of luck for you op and may you have the speediest of recoveries....talk soon

    I am so glad you liked my poem. I hope you are travelling well on your own journey and that you are beginning to see the light at the end of your tunnel as I am. It's been an awful year but hoping that 2014 bring healing to us all.
