    @Mez_BCNA, with so many things 24/7 now it may be a good idea to put the hours the helpline is open.
    Apologies if it is there and I can't see it !!
    Newbies in particular may see that brochure and call when really distraught and needing help, to find no-one is at the end of the line to speak with them.
