    @Hendrix - they found them when I had my 3 monthly PET (they did think I may have active mets though because I have my ctDNA measured every month as part of a research project, and the ctDNA had began to rise). I still have one minute spot on my pubic bone. They didn't zap this spot because they were not sure it was real and if they did zap it, it would mean my radiation dose would have been higher than they would like. So will have another PET in 3.5 months to make sure the ones they zapped are gone and to see what is happening with the remaining spot. It the remaining spot is real it will be time for a change in meds (and I am fast running out of oral options)!

    @Lisa1407 it’s never really over for us...I feel like we will always be looking over our shoulders. Hopefully your Mets stabilise 🙏🏻
