    As a suggestion for exercise options when you're feeling fatigue. Do something where you sit or lie down. Don't use treadmills or cross trainers. Stick with recumbent bikes or rowing machines or pilates type exercises on a reformer, swiss ball or floor mat. I was reading about a completely different medical condition that has exhaustion and fatigue as side effects. The recommendation was no more than 3 x 20 min sessions per week to start and do swimming or other exercises in a sitting or lying position. You'll still get health benefits but less stress on your body. You work up to upright exercises over time eg 6 months or more.
