getting into groups

Is anyone else having problems getting into the private groups ?
I had one of our local support ladies phone me thinking she was having Chemo brain problems ...
On pulling up BCNA online and helping her make sure she was signed in (over the Phone) I signed out so I can take her step by step I then re- signed in as she signed in to her account at her end.
She then was able to get into the groups.
But I couldn't it said "You need to be a member of this group to access it"...
As I am a facilitator on that group so there is something wrong !
Just wondering if it is isolated or others are getting this problem.
I have refreshed my browser a few times and can now get in.
